Turning the shortcomings of a public transport company into pride.
They say no city is changing as rapidly as Berlin. But there is one constant standing the test of time: The BVG, the city’s public transport operator! The compaints go from frequent delays, unfriendly staff to poor customer service.
Enough reasons to officially apply as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You think that's crazy? We did it anyways.

The result: 9.8 million views, a reach of 121 million contacts and an ad value of EUR 3 million.
