There are more people called Michael and Thomas cast for top level positions than women in general according to the German commercial register.
Katja is the first female name appearing with being represented 12,051 times, barely making the 61st place – all before her are men.
With this film Beiersdorf takes a stance and promises to fill every second top management position with a woman as soon as possible. It was chosen by Horizont as one of Germany's 20 most important campaigns of 2020.
